Q: How do I unlock duel mode?
A: You unlock it when you complete the game once.

Q: I have completed the game once and still don’t have duel mode?...
A: You may have the American version of the game only Japan and Europe had this mode

Q: what is it all about?
A: It's about beating all the bosses in the game quickly and skilfully,
and sometimes under limitations such as limited ammo or equipment.

Q: Why should I bother with duel mode?
A: because not only will you become better at fighting bosses,
but you'll also have the chance to unlock the green face paint ( infinite
grip) and the DPM camo ( faster health regeneration )

Q: How do I score in duel mode?
A: there is a variety of ways to score:
- by being fast at beating them
- by not killing them
- by getting no alerts ( Ocelot unit only )
- by not using much food / ammo / equipment

#1- be familiar with your equipment and surroundings!
You have to know where certain munitions supplies are, where
cunning traps are, where your enemy favours, your enemies
attacks and also the best way to use your field gear to your
advantage.

#2- Knock 'em down!
For maximum damage to your enemies, keep on firing until you knock
them over or make them flinch back. This way you know how much
damage you are doing.

#3- Go for no kill!
there are some exceptions, but most of the time I'll tell you to favour
the MK22 over the M1911A1. This can be a crucial part of getting the
High score, so make sure you know when to use it.

#4- No alerts!
For the ocelot unit, you get a bonus for no alerts, so use my section on
their locations well!

#5- Don't give up!
If you are finding a particular boss too hard, Don't give up! all you need
is more practice. Keep at it and you'll be fine.
