Description: Comes in handy in the cave if you don’t have the torch. Equipping
this will drain away snake's health bit by bit. Didn't have nicorette gum
back then did you snake?

Name: Pentazemin

Location: Dolinovodno, guards bodies

Description: Handy pill that keeps Snakes hands steady while sniping.
Good to have for the battle with The End.

Name: Fake Death Pill

Location: When backpack is retrieved, a small supply is there.

Description: Highly amusing. Picture this: you're a guard, chasing
Snake through the woods. You corner him in a dead end, and suddenly,
as if by heart attack, he drops dead at your feet. Puzzled, you check his
vitals and walk away. While pondering over this a rugged voice barks
behind you: "Freeze" it says. And slowly you turn around, to see him
pointing his weapon at you. End simulation. Sounds cool right?
It is. The pill actually puts you out, as though you were dead, and
puts guards off your back.

Name: Revival pill

Location: Snakes tooth

Description: Allows Snake to wake from fake death, to live to
fight another day. Take that Prince of Persia.

Name: Life medicine

Some locations: On a ledge in Dremuchij South, on a ledge in the
Groznyj Grad sewers.

Description: A rare but useful tool that replenishes life to Snake.

Name: Binoculars

Location: Snake's backpack

Description: Essential reconnaissance gear that helps snake see
enemies from a safe distance.

Name: Night Vision Goggles (NVG)

Location: Out by some of the boats in Ponizovje Warehouse:
Exterior. Look behind some crates. you'll find them.

Or EVA will give you them when you meet her in the Mountains.

Description: handy kit that helps snake see clearly in the dark.
Great for night time missions.

Name: Thermal goggles.

Location: they are found in a cupboard in the room where you
first met Sokolov in Rassvet. Can only be found on your
second visit.

Description: Better than the NVG. These babies will help you
locate guards by showing up their body heat. Also lets you
see claymores and packages. Very handy.

Name: Anti-Personnel (AP) Sensor.

Location: Snake's backpack

Description: Works on batteries. Will alert you to the enemies
presence by vibrating.

Name: Motion Detector

Location: Snake's backpack

Description: Works on batteries. any moving enemies or animals
will register on it's radar. It's not the soliton Radar, but it's the
next best thing.

Name: Active Sonar.

Location: Snake's backpack

Description: Works on batteries. Detects life forms by emitting
sound waves. Not as good as the Motion Detector, as guards
can hear the sound....

Name: Camera

Location: Groznyj Grad Torture Room.

Description: Allows Snake to take pictures that are saved for
viewing later. Cool when you have guards doing something
stupid.

Name: Mine Detector

Location: Rassvet, behind some creates in the building
where you met Sokolov (on second visit)

Name: Battery

Location: Groznyj Grad Underground Tunnel, behind the explosive
barrels before you fight The Fury. (you'll need to blow them up)
Shake guards bodies also.

Name: Cardboard Box A, B, C

Locations: In order-Rassvet, on some crates. Tikhogornyj:
Behind Waterfall, Groznyj Grad Southeast, in an alley
behind a building

Description: The box is back. This hilarious appendage offers
Snake a dependable hiding place from guards in an urban
environment. Boxes A and B also can be used to be
transported if worn while in a lorry in Groznyj Grad: Northeast.

Name: Crocodile Cap

Location: OK listen carefully. To get the crocodile cap, go
to Chornyj Prud (the swamp after Rassvet) and swim under
the log on the left. go up the embankment and climb the
tree. Lower Snake onto the rope and shimmy across
until you see another rope. This next part is tricky. You
need to drop from this rope (X) and grab the one underneath. ( Triangle) To do this look at Snakes reflection in the water.
Line it up with the rope and let loose. It might take a few goes but when you do get it shimmy along the rope and drop onto the ledge. The package you see is the cap.

Description: This is good for any sections with water involved.
Swim and surface while wearing this to make guards say "what's that, oh it's just a crocodile." Try it, it's great!

Name: Bug juice

Location: Dremuchij Swamp, in the grass.

Description. Keeps away annoying bugs, hornets & leeches.

Name: Monkey Mask

Location: Complete all the levels of Snake vs. Monkey.
You don't have to beat the best time.

Description: Keeps dogs from attacking whilst worn.

Name: Stealth Camouflage

Location: To unlock this, you need to achieve either of the two highest ranks at the end of the game.
Either Kerotan - all frogs shot, or chameleon - no alert status.

Description: Oh my god. Could there be anything better? While worn, you become
invisible. How cool is that?!. 100% Camo Index all the time. Just think of the possibilities.
